Suicide Prevention
If you are struggling with thoughts of suicide or know someone else who is, please know there is help available to you. Don't wait to ask for help. Things can and will get better. If you are struggling or are worried about someone else, please let an adult know immediately. Lives can be saved when individuals are willing to speak up.
Please know I am always available to talk with you if you are struggling or know someone who is. I will work with you directly to come up with a plan to get help and be with you through the process. The most important thing is getting help to those who need it so they can begin to feel hope.
